If you're looking for meds to take with SN most seem to use meto and if I remember correctly it's even what's suggested in stans guide. So if you can get ahold of that I'd probably go with that one. If you can't get meto I think it says some where's on this site things you can replace it with but I'm not sure. I did the research myself too long ago for me to remember exactly

I agree with this. 5mg had me sleeping for 15-20hrs (but I seem to be sensitive to meds so I wouldn't assume that's common)

The latest recommendation is 30mg Metoclopramide + 8mg Ondansetron. Apparently it brings a higher security than Metoclopramide alone. Unless you can't source, there is no point to improvise off-track
