I only have a bedsheet available to hang from. The thing is the only time I'd be able to do it is in my room, however I have no clue where I'd even be able to hang from. Is it possible with a door frame?

Partial is probably easier if you only have a door frame. Many people choose a tree outdoors because light fittings aren't designed to take the weight of a body

When I was thinking about hanging myself, I put the sheet through my closet door (on top) then I closed it and I swing with it to see if my weight would be good for it. Some people do partial hanging too which involves putting pressure (use the search bar).
