Where my BPD homies at??

I'm just kinda curious and wanted to post an experimental poll here
I presume many of us here have a variety of "disorders" considering the nature of the site/community we've opted into.
Since one of the main symptoms/characteristics of BPD is suicide attempts and ideation, I guess I kinda just wanna know how many people here actually experience this specific never-ending emptiness and constant internal despair.

I have BPD like a motherfucker. Just saying.

I've got an unofficial diagnoses from my therapist, it's not written on paper or anything, but she basically was like "yeah you have this btw"
My older sister also has it and we exhibit it in completely different ways lol

If it's from a professional, I'd consider that more official than unofficial

And it's funny you mention that, my younger sister has it as well, and we also exhibit it pretty differently. I would say I'm definitely the more likely of the two to end up in the orange jumpsuit, though

funnily enough (and I say this with all the love in the world), my sister is also probably the more likely of us to end up in the orange jumpsuit. must be an older sibling thing

probably because its not just "bpd" (as in its more complex than just 1 type)

Although there are four types of borderline personality disorder (BPD), people can have multiple types or none at all. Their type may also change over time.

Haven't been diagnosed, but I would be shocked if I didn't have it.
Currently seeing a psychiatrist, hoping to get it looked at.

not diagnosed, but ive suspected I do and while talking with someone who had it, I fit pretty much all the specific details and habits as them. I'm 100% sure my mother has it too.

It fucking suucks. I've had the symptoms for a long ass time but I only knew the extremity of it when I entered a relationship (im someone who avoids friendships and long interactions as I notice that I grow self conscious after a while). The disorder totally exploded towards my partner and I was so confused at myself, but did more research towards BPD.

I learned I've been masking my BPD by always and constantly forcing myself at being rational with my actions. And that it wasn't something everyone had to learn.
