Help where do I position noose?

I was looking on lost all hope and over there they said to place the knot on the right side of the head just below the jaw while the wiki for this website said to put it below my adams apple? I'm looking for swift unconscious so where should the knot be?

Are you drop hanging? If so, it should without question be to the side. If not, behind the neck. In any case, the rope should be high under the jawline and NOT low around the Adam's apple.
