Help Where are the guides on basic info that everyone on this forum knows?

I google "partial hanging method reddit", and nothing comes up. I've looked through some resources on this forum - the PPH book deals with chemicals, the green blog post from 1993 is mostly vague stuff...

I just feel so fucking inadequate. Everyone has all the knowledge, and I can't "do the research" because I don't know where to start.

Is this the wrong place? Do I need to go to the 4chan archives? Is 4chan really the only place in cyberspace to have free speech?

There's the suicide resource compilation section in the sticky threads and the search function. Reddit sounds pro-life from what I've read with anything otherwise censored so I don't think that sounds like the best place to search for suicide method information.
