Help When to take benzo before SN?

I'm going with the meto/onda/taga combo 40 minutes before the SN/prop combo. But I don't know when to take the clonaz*pam. Should I take this 40 minutes before the SN like the rest, or at a different time?

I would take it with ibuprofen/paracetamol (so ~1 hour before SN).

Benzo is ok with SN but if you are using N and have long term issues with benzos it supposedly can make the attempt fail

I can usually feel clonazepam kicking in after about 40m.
Peak affects for me at about 70m.

I'd take it an hour before taking SN.

Pop 2mg. If you have no tolerance, this will probabaly be very sedating.

Any more details on this? I've heard contradictory advice on benzos + N (N not SN), some recommending it, but some saying, as SC said here, the opposite.
