salt. be it cheese, chips, pickles. there's a reason bar food is so salty.

When I'm at home I usually cook instant ramen with poached egg and melted cheddar cheese on top lol

I'm celiac with lactose intolerance so finding satisfying food, especially with drunk cravings, is always so hard. i did make a quesadilla with some weird flour tortillas and it was aged cashew "cheese" but it actually tasted like a quesadilla, which may or may not be because of all the hot sauce I put into it.

I probably should get back to experimenting and cooking again. creating in general is satisfying, but being able to eat it after is pretty wonderful.

aged cashew cheese sounds interesting. never tried it but hopefully I will oneday.
Man, quesadilla are soooooo good when you are drunk.

Even fries with chopped bacon on top.
That's one of my go-to.

I once worked at this restaurant where they serve "black garlic" aioli as a sauce.
It's one of the best thing i EVER had!
Still no idea wtf is black garlic hahah.

Salty food are the Gem, not gonna lie.

I akways love a dutty kebab if I don't feel like cooking; garlic and chilli sauce, the whole works. Otherwise I love to cook steak with jerk marinade, medium rare everytime

Pizza. Pizza and booze are totally friends. Unless I'm high then I'll crave chocolate but I'll only eat it high, I'm actually not really a fan of chocolate lol

Medium rare is justice to the steak.
I like mine with red wine jus/garlic butter/
occasionally hollandaise lol

I really want pizza. the only pizza I can eat safely is crappy pizza crust with sauce and toppings. can't even be white sauce. at least it's kind of an option at Domino's so I'm not totally screwed. I probably should make pizza dough at some point.

I'm not even drunk, just slightly buzzed. and hungry.
