jumping is pretty spontaneous if you find a high enough location. it's takes a lot of courage to jump, though.

Bit of rope or rolled up bedsheet. Secured on top of the bedroom door, noose around the top of the neck. Deep breath. Drop. Unconscious in seconds. Dead inside a half hour. Done.This requires a bit of courage but much less courage than jumping: tie a 40 meter thin steel rope to your head and to a tree or lamp post. Get inside a car and accelerate as fast as possible. The rope should decapitate your or break your neck instantly.
Considered this as my method for a while but don't have the courage.
