A few days ago I was reading a Twilight fanfic, a really bad one, it's pretty funny in general but the part that made me laugh the most was a note from the author that said something more or less like this "I'm an atheist, I don't believe in God, I believe in Satan, I think Satan created this universe, God bless you satan ", of course, the original text had many misspellings. I don't know, onoxymoron make me choke with laughter when they catch me off guard.

The image has no context really, the artist simply likes to draw Reisen as a crying little girl, it is easy to find him as "suenari" in boorus, his style is cartoonish but dismal.
