He most likely requested to be banned, if he comes back will have to be incognito for obvious reasons.

I asked what happened and nobody knows . Some suggest he may have requested a voluntary ban which is completely useless. this is where the question "why" comes in as in why would he chose to do something completely useless, are there any other plausible reasons for his ban.
