Cincinnati chili I think is the most iconic,

Pierogi.
The only traditional dish from my country I actually enjoy.
It's basically like boiled in salted water dumplings with potato-curd cheese filling with carmelised onions.
Very comforting and delicious.

I have never seen chili paired with pasta before looks interesting

will have to try it for myself since I am only used to chili on its own (sometimes with saltines) or chili on top of a beef hot dog with cheese, onion, etc.

that dessert looks good, kind of looks like it has peanut butter in it
