Does it mean someone who's signed up but haven't been accepted, someone who is viewing this site without an account, or something else?

Specifically they are not bots, as if you click the "Members online" above the list of logged users...

...you get the option to sort by members, guests, and robots.

aaaaah, didn't know that ty. Also, why are the robots just search engines and websites?
