Do you think this altitude is high enough to die? There's a plaque of a man; I imagine he succeeded in committing suicide, hence the plaque. Its in Central Europe.
Jumping in general is a pretty bad method, high likelihood for pain and weirdly survivable. Sorry, I don't think that height will kill you.

that doesn't look very high and from your position you're more likely to hit the grassy area than the concrete
even if someone attempted there before that doesn't mean he succeeded he more likely just did more damage to himself
