Help What beta blocker is the most similar to propranolol?

I am unable to get propranolol in the UK so I want to use another beta blocker, problem is I don't know which one is the most similar to propranolol and the equivance chart isnt any help since I don't understand what they mean.
What beta blocker and how much would be the equivalent to 400mg of propranolol?
