not sure what else to add, title says most of it.
if they both end in CTB, one thing im lightyl assuming is the 48 hour method reduces chances of throwing up to do greater volumes of AE's taken, but im really not sure about that and am clueless about anything else, whatre the advantages and disadvantages to either method?
