Im terrified of brain damage. I can only think of a few.

-bad rope
-bad knots
-bad location for rope
-having anything near the spot where your feet or hands can get onto

How is this method painful? and I've read that as long as you get the rope at the right spot, you'd pass out within 20/30 seconds. And then you'd be totally out of it and CTB within minutes. I think this would be my method of choice.

Partial isn't painful

Well, lots of people do it, think anthony bourdain, robin williams. There was a post here that linked to pictures of a young 21 yr old swedish kid doing partial from a door and succeeding. I have a set up on my roof for partial that I have been practicing . Suicidal feelings rushing back lately.

And you can't be found. I don't think you convulse the whole time.
I have the option of living alone. I've got big heavy doors in that house.. wonder how people do it with something over the door

Yeah it's a bit crazy...but they just cannot bear the weight of the emotional spectrum of the human experience...anyways what's age. We are all here on this site for the same reason.
