I just tried partial with kneeling on knees. Unfortunately after 20 seconds I have yet to pass out. It hurt like he'll around my neck. Need to try again so please lmk how to do this process. Hopefully pass out in 10 seconds. Here is my setup, closet pole With tie with a slipknot
