I think it is made for injection but people just mix it with water and drink it

If you want to inject it you'll have to setup an IV bag drip into a vein as the volume is quite large. 200 ml for two bottles. Could drip it in over an hr or so with an IV bag though.

True .but i have digestive issues . I'm thinking of having a nurse with a false doctor prescription to place an iv so when she leaves ( i leave )

Exactly the think is have no clue .ill have to have a nurse at home .they demand an etiology the reason .they need the medical purpose by a doctor . thinking of having just a false paper of a doctor written instruction for electrolyte for instance stating that due to my immunosuppression i cant go to the hospital

Yeah same I mean I just don't know exactly how to do it. Someone gave me this list in another thread:

"
  1. Peripheral venous catheter (Size: G14-G24) - For training use G22 and for N use G20 or G17
  2. IV infusions set with roller clamp
  3. IV Catheter Fixation
Also search for self occluding catheter. When you stick it in, you should see a small flash of blood. When the needle is pulled out, the catheter stops the back flow of blood. Less messy and allows for better one handed insertion."

Still seems like a lot of effort compared to drinking it.

What makes you so sure that drinking it is not an option for you even with digestive problems. You could fast before it. Arent you eating and absorbing food?

I have colon inertia .and that needs an ostomy which in colon inertia either doesnt help or as in all the ostomy patients works too much

Im absorbing medicine i think as i take the sedative and sleep but im afraid really afraid of failing .i know its absorbed in small intestine and usually in colon inertia the large has the problem but some patients Al'so do have problem with small.also if the ostomy works too much im also afraid .many ostomy patients lose pills in their ostomy bags

Self inject? I doubt one can self inject with vision problems and burned by cortizone veins .they try at least 4 times to access my veins in hospital

I think people know about your 'problems' you point them out in every post you've made. here's a simple answer, if you have so many issues with a method, perhaps use your brain, i'm assuming that part works(i only ask as sometimes you pop up with new random illnesses when confronted about stuff), and DON'T use this method. Its not rocket science, you don't like this, your'e not sure about that, do what any normal human being would do and DON'T do it. no1 is forcing you to DO anything you don't want. if you aren't comfortable find something else to do

I know this post is old, but have you found on information on self placing an IV? I would greatly appreciate any knowledge you have to share.
