nitrogen has been one of my prefered methods, but after reading the section in PPeH on it i have concerns abount my lung function. my doc scheduled me for a spirometry test on monday . i really hope it shows i'm not far off of normal functioning. other options available within my prefered time frame arent as pleasant to me..except a fent OD, but since ihave tolerance , i'm not sure how much i'll need.
