When I felt happy I would still have suicidal thoughts sometimes.
Even for happy people it is possible to be suicidal I believe.

I fully agree with this statement.

What makes a person "happy" is certainly subjective but as long as our lives are somewhat good and we're healthy we are generally happy.

That can be the case but have you ever been diagnosed with a mental illness or sth like that? Or wree there other triggers that made you suicidal?

And the constant feeling that there is no hope, no matter how hard you try, life always ends up pushing you to the abyss. To despair and madness.

Happiness is an innately transient feeling. Life is pain for everyone. Some people have more, some people have less. Some people have a higher tolerance, some people have a lower tolerance.

I envy those who have a high tolerance. The best lives are probably lived by those who have a high tolerance with low pain. Those are the lucky ones, but even for them, life is pain. We all inevitably go to the same place. Everything is temporary.

You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the bad guy.

I personally don't believe in the idea of happiness in existing rather I see existence as the most futile, torturous burden that causes endless amounts of suffering all for the sake of it, I see existing as being only suffering, I'm always so tired of being burdened with this existence, I wish I was never forced to suffer in the first place.

Yeah, pretty much. But some people are more capable of enduring suffering than others, as well, in addition to getting lucky and not really having to endure much suffering. So the level of suffering is relative. Some people may in fact live entirely happy lives, but they are in the minority. The extreme minority. But it happens. Maybe with genetic engineering and CRISPR gene editing, future humans will find a way to avoid most suffering for most humans, allowing us to be capable of enduring more.

But also humans love chaos and destruction, so without extracting those desires, people will always try to create suffering, since we thrive in those moments. It's how we evolved and how we survived. Without sufficient contention in the world, humans get bored and start fucking shit up. And if one increases human reslience, there will definitely be humans who will want to test the limits of that resilience or entirely break it, perpetuating the cycle of suffering. But. Point is, Life is Suffering, but life is also Relative.
