I really recommend this video.

I've realised, since my megadose on Sunday, that I have been doing the cold showers, but have only done the Wim Hof breathing method once. But it's all on YouTube and testimonials are great. So I recommend Wim HOf - and the video linik about is astounding.

I logged on becasue I feel like you all are family.

I have had 4 days off depression (despite the state of the world). I wish all of you good momments soon (despite the state of hte world)

I don't know whether to put kisses or love on this forum - but I am sending it.
