  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Just wanting some peace

It's just so horrific how we exist in this anti-suicide prison world where wanting to die is treated like a crime with the suffering and torture of existing seen as to force and prolong no matter what.
Forcing people to suffer and trapping them in this existence is horrifying extreme cruelty to me, I always wish it's not a crime wanting peace from this torturous existence that was forced in the first place.
The fact that suicide is treated like a crime means that existence is enslavement to me.
I hope that those who suffer find the relief they search for, it is very terrible how suicidal people are treated.

If we were permitted an easy , quick, painless , tidy, legal method of exit I think that it would allow people like us to live more comfortably knowing that we wouldn't have to use a violent painful method that may fail and result in terrible disabilities.
I think being severely depressed and being trapped in this hell and not being able to do anything about it causes so much additional anxiety and distress.

The word suicidal is annoying to me. There should be access to instant death without even looking into the reasons why. If someone says I want to die, hospitals should put a fee on it and be like "that'll be £100 plz"

I genuinely think if suicide was accessible and allowed and everyone knew it was gonna be available any time they wanted it that a lot of desperate people would feel safer to explore sticking around and less stressed by the feeling of being trapped and needing to set up a way out.

I'm not sure how it works in countries like Switzerland. People could be coerced into it, manipulated, intimidated, threatened, do it to sell organs. Some control and verification is needed, but I'd love to be able to die.

I think it's more a feeling of emptiness, you have to feel empty. Emotions have to bypass you. I only cry for others & the world in general. I cry for their lack of sincere love, care and affection. I always get angry that others don't put themselves first rather they focus on others, something I cba to keep doing. Caring for others is so difficult when it makes you angry that they won't change because they're trapped in their ideologies.

I'm glad we live in a world where if you commit suicide your family members don't get legal repercussions for it :>
