So I have been cracking my back and neck violently for years. I have been hoping for it to cause a stroke. Anyone know of a way to ensure permanent damage. Wonder if this can be turned into a method.

I just saw a video story about a stroke caused by this. It wasn't fatal, though. Instead, the guy is now partially paralyzed.

A fast twist of the neck to the side and up can tear the vertebral artery.

well, hanging/strangulation is literally manually instigating a stroke.

This method can lead to irreversible untreatable consequences. I have an extreme form of arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. My bones fused and are continuing to fuse including my vertebrae, which pinches on my nerves and spinal canal I twitch, and my whole body hurts. It hurts to walk, and at times to even breath. I wouldn't want to add to my physical pain.

I've also had a stroke from taking medication to treat my disease. My IQ use to be 148 and I had an immaculate memory, but now that is all gone. My close friends tell me, it is a though I smoked weed.

Just read the article and then read another one on that same website about the girl who got disfigured from car crash. That's so fucked up. Wonder how badly she wanted to ctb after that. Having some N in your drawer would be so helpful in that scenario
