Hey guys,

I wanted to ask if someone can tell me which antiemetics are valid choices for ctb with SN.

Feel free to also let me know if benzos are required or not, I don't really want any sort of drug that gets abused to get high to show up on a toxicology report.. if it's highly recommended for good reasons I might explain why I took benzodiazepine in my suicide note. Also don't want to get into trouble with police though, so I'd have to think about it.

Thank you
The antiemetic that I'm looking at is Zofran and the benzodiazepine I'm considering is called Lorazepam. Would these do the trick?

Both Zofran and Lorazepam will work for you. Many members have succeeded with those medications. It's recommended to take benzos unless you can't for some reasons (such as body conditions, no access).

Read PPEH about why would you need benzos or not.

I'd say antiemetics are more important than benzos. You can still vomit while unconscious. It's implied in most guides that the ideal antiemetic of choice is something that is also a Dopamine Antsgonist or H2 inhibitor, although in some successful SN attempts, non H2 inhibiting antiemetics are used.
After the main component (SN), I think the antiemetic ranks 2nd in terms of importance. The other supplementary drugs are indeed useful, but essentially are not integral part of the basic SN poisoning mechanics inside the body. I personally only have access to meto, SN and a prescription antipsychotic drug Quetiapine which I plan on taking since I get debilitating anxiety amd panic attacks sometimes.
