Hi everyone. I ordered my SN 4 months ago and have never opened it. It's in a sealed plastic bag but I noticed it has some clumps in it (a few). Is this normal? Is it still reliable? I read it's most likely from moisture but still I need to know if its safe to use for ctb or should I reorder.
