Unable to send or receive messages?

Does anybody know why I cant send or receive messages?

If you are new to the forum those are unlocked after posting a while. I don't know the exact number but basically you'd have to comment here and there on people post's, make your own and so on and they will unlock. I don't think it takes much.

most regrettably I am unable to provide any specific or detailed information....all I know is that to be able to access certain functions on here depends on your presence and participation,duration of membership etc.

Its both post and time based. Pretty sure you need 25 or 50 posts and an account older than a week or two.
