I can't seem to send DM. It used to work in the past, but for some reason , clicking on the "messages" icon doesn't do anything anymore. Anyone knows why ?

Some people have DMs disabled so you can't DM them.
Btw, clicking on the messages shows a list of posts the user has made. You probably meant the "start conversation" and "conversations" buttons, right?
ah, silly me, you're right... I kept clicking on the Messages icon on the left of the number of posts, thinking that's how you "start a conversation.". Thanks
