What over the counter anti vomit meds can i buy at the store that would be strong enough to handle a tyelonol overdose? yes i know about how horrible of a death people say it is but i've come really close to death with tyelonol and it wasnt that bad. please answer the question without trying to talk me out of it.

Probably not. And the organ damage as you said is absolutely miserable. Stay away from OTC meds. There are other peaceful ways to go.

Sorry I know you said not to, but don't even bother with tylenol. There as so many other methods that are better in every way than this one. There's a reason we say not to overdose on otc meds. Look at the other methods on this site until you find one and do your research on it. But we can't stop you so if you really want to try to od on them, by all means, go ahead. We're just trying to save you having to go through more pain than necessary and a failed attempt if you attempt to ctb.
