I asked AI and here are the 5 deadliest substances in European nightlife today :

1. MDMA (heatstroke + hyponatremia)
2. GHB/GBL
3. Cocaine + alcohol → cocaethylene (extremely cardiotoxic)
4. 3-MMC / new cathinones
5. Fentanyl laced in fake pills or cocaine

Taking these substances are a form of Russian roulette when you think about it... I've never taken any substance (just Fentanyl once for my pain and I had a panic attack - never again) and valium because it's prescribed from my doctor.

Fentanyl should be #1, unsure about the others. I just know that it's way deadlier than ecstasy.

AI is shit. MDMA is dangerous but not as it describes it. It kind of takes something and makes it ten times worse like a worried mother. "oh you scratched your finger? lets go to the hospital." I think MDMA makes you very thirsty so youd have to drink a lot with it. It's a fun party drug not a deadly one. Cocaine can give you a heart attack Ive heard stories of some people overdoing it then nearly dying. It gives you the worst panic of your life. Like hangman said fentanyl should be #1, not much to explain. A couple mgs could kill you.

Yeah I actually do know what metal tastes like (and metal-y tap water since it was like that in every single school that I've been too), used to have e metal ruler which I used to pick my teeth with (as a child, not that doing it now would be morally wrong or anything just not really hygenic)
