any one else was required to kind of somehow as a child have a degree in psychology to be able to communicate every little thing and every detail in broader terms about what was happening to you while you are a child and it got kind of overwhelming and you broke down and kind of started believing that you don't know how to communicate and that's what you have thought ever since
