  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I am a queer/trans individual living in Germany and I plan to die next week together with a dear friend.
I'm currently in the process of talking to people that are close to me and taking care of a few silly things but there are a few things that bug me,
For example the law here says that one has to get buried and shit and I really don't want my deadname to be on my gravestone,
I don't really want a gravestone at all tbh (anonymous graves seem to be a thing but as far as I am informed it is up to the family or whoever arranges the funeral to decide that)
So my main concern is basically writing a will that recommends someone to be responsible and states that I prefer an anonymous grave and I absolutely object to my deadname being on there if it won't be anonymous.
I wonder how to actually do that, not sure if I have to give the will to a notary or if it will be enough to just write and sign it and place it in the same room? I'm hoping someone can point me towards adequate resources

Also wondering what happens to my stuff after I die. Don't really have much but I don't like shit being wasted. I'm redistributing the things that are of value to me into good hands but what about the rest?

Actually that's all I can think of right now
