Ever since I got married i can feel the sadness within me getting more and more, i am pregnant right now, i shouldn't even be having these sort of thoughts yet these type of thoughts are what bringing me peace.

As I understand it, pregnancy can induce or amplify a sort of roller coaster of moods. Do you have any family members who have been through this that might be able to offer any encouragement or advice?I struggled severely when pregnant. Many can have prenatal depression or anxiety. The hormones can do all sorts to people.
Is there anyone you can speak with. I hate the medical profession but I would see a doctor. Many people take meds when pregnant or something to help
