  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I have so many things to do and theres so much wrong with me.

My body physically... appears well but I know its not.

I dunno since when but my like lymph nodes(?) Are swollen and it hurts to touch... im gonna be going to a walk in later bc this had never happend to me and honestly it's kinda scaring me.

I regularly feel like shit for not much reasons like my body isnt right. Hasn't been for years but I haven't had the time to take care of it...

Makes me so angry that I haven't had the time... but alas I have the time now.

PMDD is still kicking my ass regularly and like god knows what else in relation to being a fucking women. I hate having a menstrual cycle.

Sick of my self neglect and I won't allow other doctors to participate in it either.

It makes me so angry that I haven't had time for myself. Like how can life get so fucked up that I haven't had a regular doctor in 6 fucking years.

Ugh.

If you look at everything all at once, it can seem overwhelming. Sometimes it can help to prioritize so that most of your focus is on the most important things. This can help you to manage things better as well as push back against a tidal wave of totality. It has been said, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time".

It can also be helpful to periodically reexamine assumptions. For example a person building a house on a cliff might face the problem of periodic erosion causing all sorts of problems in house construction. He could benefit from reconsidering where is is building his house. This can also be seen in the joke, "Why do dumb dogs have snub noses? From chasing parked cars".

When things get chaotic, we can let objectives into our lives that actually cause more problems. For example. putting a lot of effort at work into trying to get a promotion when your boss hates you may only give you frustration.

Being overwhelmed can make a clarity of perspective difficult. It can sometimes be helpful if you know someone who cares about you and can be brutally honest with you to tell you what they see.

I know this feeling so much, especially on Mondays, just like today.

I have so much sh*t to get done that I dunno where to start from.

I've OD a little so as to have more energy and it seems to be working but I know I shouldn't do this frequently because that hellish eternal-cycle will make my life suck even more!

I don't believe in recovery. I believe that some people genuinely don't get better. However I am referring to myself. Know I will never get better
Awhh hun I don't believe that :( I think you have so much going for you!! You're really amazing in regards to recovery and tbh I am in such awe of all the steps you've made while in the environment you are in.

I hope you can believe a lil more in getting the prospect's of you getting better

Stress can cause this. Not saying that's what it is but mine are always swelling up due to stress and making me feel I'll, especially if I squeeze them.

I always feel unwell. The human body is literally an prison where there is no limit to how much pain it can put us in. So therefore I will be glad when this is all over.
