Has anyone else watch The Haunting of Bly Manor on Netflix?
It's bloody slow, and makes little sense for the first 6 episodes.. but the ending.
Man, what a series!

I watched it, and found it weird. It's a reboot of Henry James's Turn of the Screw, which was weird to begin with, and this version tacks on a bunch more. It jumped the shark a few times, in my opinion, but there was some very good acting and it held my interest.
The previous season was The Haunting of Hill House, which apparently had a lot of "extra" ghosts in it, floating around in the background. I don't know if the same is true of Bly House?
I watched The Haunting of Hill House but haven't seen Bly Manor. After hearing about the annoying girl who keeps saying the same 2 words over and over I'm not sure if I'll watch it.
It was the housekeeper whose acting really impressed me. The little girl was probably fine too, but I take a dim view of children in general. Except for the Umbrella Academy - but they were only children in the flashbacks, so it wasn't too demanding.
