My plan is to die by hanging, but because of my autism I am bad at tying knots, so my backup plan is to overdose. If I take Valium and THC and then 250 pills of ultra strength Tylenol, will I die? I have Cheech and Chong THC water I can drink to swallow the pills. I've heard overdosing is very slow and very painful so I want to get high to alleviate any pain, I also have access to clonidine.

ODs of OTC painkillers like Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Aspirin, etc, are very ineffective, and, as you said, incredibly slow and painful. It could take weeks or longer to die while you're in agony the whole time. And if you're found it'll be obvious you're in bad shape and you will 100% be hospitalized.
IIRC these usually also cause major kidney and liver pain. I don't know if you've ever had a kidney stone before, but the pain of "just" that was bad enough to make me vomit and almost pass out — and I've tried "just walking off" things like ovarian cysts, a potentially broken foot, and a car wreck bad enough to total my car. It's no joke and not something ignorable. I imagine these organs failing or having complications due to the OD feels even worse. It's a "not only will this probably not kill you, but if it does, it'll hurt the whole time you're dying" thing.

Tylenol OD & Valium OD will not work & the Tylenol can VERY possibly cause really awful liver failure symptoms.
This is a notoriously bad choice of drugs!!!!!!
You have well over 90% chance of failure.
You have a high probability of long term liver problems & in the end will add to your suffering.
Also, you're talking about taking over 1/4 pound of Tylenol! Thats Impossible!!!! You'll be sick & vomiting very early on.
That combo of drugs will be an obvious suicide attempt & a stay in the psych ward.
Please please rethink your strategy.
Impulsive attempts are even more prone to failure.
I'm very pro choice but don't want people to wind up suffering even more

Can I overdose on clonidine instead? I am prescribed clonidine to sleep, it slows your heart and lowers your blood pressure.
I'm sorry to inform you that your plan won't work. Clonidine is a great pill but not enough to stop your heart and pulse. I've tried Tylenol and Valium and woke up sick. Don't waste your time.

They came into existence as an alternative to barbiturates which can be fatal.
benzos are pretty "safe" as far as fatality.

I was a psych nurse for many years & know these drugs well.
OD is terribly ineffective & high risk of increased suffering in the end.
