I have come full circle from barely sleeping at all to sleeping like the proverbial log. I am not sure which I prefer to be honest. I still feel knackered even with 8-10 hours sleep.

I actually slept last night thanks to a combination of different pills. I'm usually up until around 3, but never want to bother anyone.
