I go with the tea,herbal..Caffeine messes with my anxiety and puts me on edge as of late.
Funny as I used to be a caffeine JUNKY..With the Monsters,sodas and redbulls,not anymore.
Think my favorite herbal tea right now is rose hips and hibiscus blend..Still kinda chilly where im at so I still enjoy a hot drink in morning or evening.I drink coffee far more often than tea, I like it with hot milk but a good grade properly brewed tea can be a pure bliss. Especially olong teas.

Earl grey and English breakfast are my favorites. You can also never go wrong with a good camomile

On a good day I'll have a strong but milky coffee with 2 sugars first thing, and English breakfast tea most other times. Sometimes I'll have a green tea too. ~~~

I've drank tea for so long. I don't like coffee. Oh I just remembered another one of my favorites. I love chai.

I like hot chai too as far as blend/flavor,got some caffeine(not as much as coffee) though so Im trying to avoid it.

My rose hip and hibiscus has a little tart taste,like faint cranberry juice..Like that too.
And yeah,anxiety is a bitch.
Benzos might be a good idea..

I like kind of floral and fruity teas too but I also like the strong teas. I like the spicy taste to chai (not saying it's spicy but saying it has a lot of spice to it like cloves and stuff)

I'm not a tea girl but I do love McDonalds iced vanilla chaiis!! They're honestly the best thing ❤ I'm a Canadian girl who also loves her Timmies iced capps eh!@PoisonedJuliet Nice to see someone else knows what Earl Grey is.

I've never heard of that before? Did a quick google on it and sounds interesting. Not sure if i can get that around here or not though.Earl grey is too flavourful, it takes over everything... I like more understated teas.

I'll drink tea sometimes - i have a cup of french press every morning before work though - i know unfiltered coffee is bad for you but its so good

I'm American but I still Love tea. Coffee is just coffee to me but tea has so many different types for each and every mood you're in

I'm a teacher so it's mandatory for me to drink coffee. (Never trust a teacher who doesn't. It's an impostor.) I usually down ten cups on a regular working day. However, I drink some tea brewed on anxiolytic and antidepressant herbs as self-medication.
