I'm gonna tell someone about what's been eating me alive this past decade. I mean really tell them. Last ditch effort at recovery here I come, fail or no fail I tried that's what matters. Gonna give as much honesty as I can without revealing that I have a current plan.

It is often quite difficult for me to find out where my misery comes from. I usually get lost in small details or think too general. I probably find it hardest to talk to other people about it. I try to be honest, but it is relatively uncomfortable for me even with small problems.

The meet was less emotional than expected, I told him about how I've basically been lying these years. He was aware I was regressing but not to the point of suicide. I had to skip around that part a bit but he knows I'm feeling suicidal and that this is me reaching out as a last ditch effort.

We don't have a plan but it's extremely comforting not having this lie weighing on me anymore.
