Help Survival instinct stopping partial hanging?

I keep trying to hang myself from my closet, but survival instinct kicks in and I stand back up before I pass out. Any advice?

Same happened to me.
During my last attempt, I decided to take 100 different pills and then hang myself so that SI wasn't an issue. Guess what? I took so many pills that I ended up passing out (and in comma for 2 days) because of them and here I am.

I had the same problem. Tried partial many times and either couldn't hit the sweet spot or SI would kick in. Partial is hard.
