I don't use these every day for fear they'll lose their efficacy, but over recent days I've turned to them, as prior I was completely dysfunctional, sleeping all day.

Anyone in a similar situation might want to try the following...
Co-Q10 200mg, Uridine 300mg, Alpha GPC Choline 300mg, Fish Oil 1000mg.

Within a couple hours I go from totally exhausted to functional. This might be just convergence to the mean, but I wanted to share.

Glad these are working for you! I just looked them up, at least in the UK they seem very expensive, the one I'd be inclined to try is Uridine if I could afford it. Keep us up to date on how things are going with them, I'm very interested.

B Complex usually gives an almost instant boost too. I was taking about 12 or 13 vitamins and minerals a day. I can't be bothered now. But they did make a difference.

I'm taking ashwagandha think that's doing something. Try to get things in powders and make my own capsule's up. But agree with previous post it gets expensive.

I just tried Kratom n it was a load of poop lol heard so much about t but it didn't help me at all save making me slightly poorer :pfff:
