Depends on where you are and your method. Best answer I can give w/o that information is a national park. There are lots of gorgeous rural areas I've considered between Havre De Grace and Waldorf.Dont do anything in PG or Mogo County. Those Park Police are vicious and if they find you at night before you've completed the deed they may leave a nice fat ticket for you at the hospital/ psych ward.Similar threads
