A few years ago I only had these thoughts at night, I could bear with them but now I also can't prevent myself from thinking about suicide at work, home, everywhere. I need to get it done before the end of the year hopefully..

It's always on my mind too. It's like how you think about work or school every day because they're just constants in your life. Being suicidal is a constant in my life now.

hello, I am also suicidal. I was wondering if I could get some help on how to poison myself. I know SN is popular here but any more information will be greatly appreciated. I'm 21. I live with my parents. I may go back to school in the spring. However, dying before this year ends would be great.
