Has anyone taken suicide intervention courses while experiencing or with a history of suicidal thoughts? It is mandatory for my job, and I'm nervous I'm going to be triggered and panic in the middle of class.

Why would you panic? It'll just be the same old platitudes and nonsense suicide prevention always is
Fair. I'm just easily influenced, and there was a trigger warning for the course.
