Just go to your local supermarket find it there. It's cheap and shouldn't be hard to find or buy it on Amazon.

By stretching them with your hands. You'll feel it when you try to stretch them at their maximum length and it becomes difficult to.

You can buy a hanging scale if you want to measure the force generated from the elastic band.

If you're looking for a strong elastic sewing band, you don't have to. Just use many bands at once. The more bands being pulled at once, the harder it is to stretch them.

how do you fasten the elastic band on the neck?
