I'm pretty determined to recover and try stay within the recovery part of the forum but I just wanted to say to everyone who is part of this community and it's creators are nothing short of amazing. This place truly is a god send - I spend most of my time browsing and reading and have only today really started to engage with the help of some suped up mothers little helpers but whilst feeling like this just wanted to put it out there that this place and its members are the dogs b*llocks. THANK YOU for existing! :heart::heart::heart:

Hang in there. It sounds like you have gained some momentum to carry you further on the road to recovery.

Everyone needs a little help from time to time, but the biggest boost comes from the changes you make in yourself. Keep up the good work.
