It's okay to feel anger towards the inequalities and ridiculousness of the world around you, but don't use that as an excuse to ignore your own inadequacies. By blaming your faults on everyone and everything else, life gets so much worse. The world doesn't revolve around you; stop being manipulative -- there are other ways to get what you need and what you think you need changes as you grow. It's your responsibility to be direct. Being a doormat leads to bulldozing, and that causes so much damage. Stop seeking unnecessary validation. It's okay to be 'common' and effeminate; people appreciate authenticity, and you'll lose the already fragmented identity you have if you try to morph and fit in. What you see as ideal is meaningless.

Own your shit and don't worry about trying to climb academically. Fixing your identity issues and shitty conduct is so much more important than any potential career could be. Cut out the toxic family members for a while; your socialisation was unfair but to fix that you need to check yourself before you wreck yourself.

You do not need psychiatric intervention. Stop taking Adderall. You are not a victim.

See your niblings as much as you can. Cherish the small things.

2. To 9 year old me: it will get better. I know it feels endless, I promise things will get better. They're just gonna get worse first. Hold on.

3. To 18 year old me: look, I know you're desperate for relief from pain since your accident, but this doctor isn't it. Don't go.

Actually, in all honesty, words of advice are cool and all, but if I could I would just kidnap/adopt young me and raise my younger self and I could avoid 95% of this current mess. I've failed in a lot of places, but I know I could be the person younger me truly needed. No abuse. Stability. Love. Ugh if only.
