So if I take metoclopramide, then Tagamet, then sodium nitrite will I go unconscious and die?

That's the rumor lol. But it seems pretty effective. I've seen people use this method and never come back on

Yep if you want the specifics like doses and timings chceck the ppeh august 2018 thats the latest its in lethal inorganic salts
