God only knows how it got to this.
My phone is being cut off on Wednesday if I can't pay the bill. Which I can't.

That sounds incredibly overwhelming, I would feel scared too! Do you have someone to live with or do you live alone?
I have been staying in someone's apartment but I don't know them well.
She is away but back tomorrow and have to move out, so am feeling very overwhelmed.
I have asked if I can stay longer but I can't... her bf has said no!

No. I have never been in this situation before so hence being terrified.

Life in general just scares me, I guess, because of how much uncertainty there is. But I guess not knowing the future kinda gives me a reason to live to see how things will turn out. If they turn out bad, I guess I'll just CTB, otherwise, I'll live it out.
With regards to your specific situation, if there's no one to take you in, you should go to a shelter and they should keep up in for the night (or more until you find lodging). It's much better than living on the streets.
I just can't think clearly at the moment - fear overwhelming me.

I'm sharing the same attitude towards life atm. I'm going to try to live things out in the coming weeks or months and if they suck as usual or worse, then I'll just work towards mustering all the courage to CTB.

Yeah, I have been going hermit too. Precursor to CTB, I believe. What sucks is that I have gotten out of depression so many times in the past — but this time is different.
