100g the least, so you could have some for testing, and 3 cups of 20 to 25mg mix.

your sn has to be at least 95% pure or more to ctb

For the attempt 50g should be enough (one glas for CTB and one as backup in case if puking). Often they only sell in higher amounts than that though, bc most shopse expect orders for professional/industrial use.
