Help SN without antiemetics

What's the success rate of SN without antiemetics? My SN is arriving tomorrow. Gonna have about a kilo.

So surely I can get enough in my system even if vomiting without antiemetics with that amount right?

Also all I have to do is mix it with plain water and drink correct?

It will be okay, provided you have a couple backup glasses to drink after you vomit, and be sure to fast. Only 2 or 3 grams needs to pass your stomach to work.

Umm I'm not sure what the official recommendation is, I forget, but I believe 8-10 hours?
